Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

Subscriptions are monthly. You can cancel at any time by emailing ownersignal.hq@gmail.com or through your billing link. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid month.

Refunds

• Before your first list: if you cancel before we deliver your first list, we refund your payment in full.
• Within 14 days: if you're unhappy with your first list, ask within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of that month.
• Wrong records: any record that is inaccurate (closed business, wrong contact details) is replaced free of charge.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, usually within 5–10 business days.
