Customers

When you contact us or subscribe, we collect your name, email, the search criteria you share and billing details. Payments are handled by our payment partner (merchant of record); we do not store card numbers. We use this information to provide the service, communicate with you and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer data.

Business records in our lists

Our lists contain information about businesses taken from public sources: state licensing boards, state business registries and businesses' own public websites. This can include business names, addresses, phone numbers, public business email addresses and the names of licence holders or officers as published in those records. We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not use social-network scraping.

Your choices

If you are a business owner and want your business removed from our lists, email ownersignal.hq@gmail.com and we will remove it and keep it off future lists.

Retention and security

We keep customer data while your account is active and as required by law. We use reputable service providers and limit access to what is needed to run the service.
